With ITW Vortec’s Thread Guard Needle Cooler, piece rates jump since downtime caused by needle breakage and thread burn are virtually eliminated.  The Thread Guard Needle Cooler delivers a continuous stream of 10 degree F cold air onto any sewing machine needle.  The needle stays cool during the most challenging sewing operations including waist bands, belt loops and tough materials such as denim, leather, rubber and belting.  Cooling also prevents holes caused be hot needles burning synthetic fabrics.
